Our leadership team recognizes the authority of God, and realizes that we are shepherds who serve under the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ. We desire to devote ourselves to prayer and to the ministry of the Word. Our passion and goal is to equip the believers for the work of the ministry until we all attain maturity in the fullness of Christ.

Senior Pastor

 Bro. Rick Hatley started as Pastor of Crofton Baptist Church on January 1, 2016.  Bro. Rick has been in ministry since December 1979 and is a native of Dawson Springs, KY.  Rick and his wife Carol have been married for 33 years.  They have three daughters, Jessica, Jennifer , & Emily.  They have one granddaughter Julie Beth.  Bro. Rick has served as a Director of Missions, Pastor, Minister of Education, and on The West Virginia Convention of Southern Baptist staff.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Josh Hunt & Becky Morales, Worship & Music Leaders

The Bible has a lot to say about music, and Josh and Becky live it. Josh opens our services and plays the drums. Becky leads the singing and plays the piano. Josh and his wife Miranda have two children Landon and Harper. Becky and her husband Chris have four daughters Virginia, Shanna, Bailey and Evelyn.
